triggered

I have not visited my own blog for... almost a month? Well, the ongoing stuffs apparently doesnt worth mentioning. But I know I was falling deeply into a slump. Just like a contradiction hanging on discouragement. I didnt press on, I simply yielded away. I saw the help button, but i didnt care to lift the lid covering it. Still...God has his way.

Had a chat with a friend yesterday, alot of things ran through my mind. A realisation that I have been an error myself. A realisation that I have missed someone so important to me. It triggered the desire and renewed my mind.

God seeks a willing heart and uses a willing soul. Even if you have done the least that you can, God always does the most that He can. This is just how awesome our God is.

To whom will I go,

!Help I am so disorganized, disconcerted, disconnected. So much so that instead of doing something about it, I am actually here talking about it.

Well at any point of time, one can either bring about hell on earth or a foretaste of heaven on earth. To stand up and be the man or to back down as a dud. To care or to heck. Most of us apparently know what is the right thing to do. But then.......im off to play tower defence. (see, i am out of sync)

woohooo...great field soccer match today against the security team. Pleasant weather, good pitch. And we did give them a good match although we lost 3-2 eventually. Surpisingly, my short fuse is absent for the day. Temper checked, praise the Lord!

hhmmm...how i missed field soccer! Street soccer is shiok, but still a far cry from it. I haven't played it for months, so long that my boots might thought that I have retired. The adrenaline rush, the sliding tackles, the long balls, the rough physical play. Man, i cant wait for more action!

Thank God for this beautiful game. (;

My campus, Ngee Ann Poly =)

You may think that NP must be a hip hippy hippiest place. Hmm? Think again, there are actually lots of annoying twits hanging around.

-Ppl who glue the power plug so tt others cant plug in their adaptors.
-Ppl who press all the floor buttons on the lift as they come out of it.
-Ppl who bang the door behind them wherever they go.
-Ppl who play some indecent videos in campus, trying to be affable and resourceful.
-Ppl who steal laptop adaptor for themselves.
-Ppl who overspray some stinking deodorant in class, thinking it smells so great.
-Ppl who dress in a blazer every single day, acting as though he is a campus superstar. Cool huh? Live in reality pls!
-Ppl who are just are as stubborn as waves, as dull as ditchwater. (Lecturers)

EEeewww kanasai...Pattern more than badminton. Give me a break man!


Btw, Becks has signed for LA Galaxy. IMHO, it is a wise move! I dont think he has anything to prove in Europe already. Play for his country again? He stepped down as captain, so be it, it ends there. Still, Beckham as a Red Devil will stay forever in my memories.

Resolutions

A brand new year comes with brand new resolutions.
For now, the big 8...

Driving license -- no delays. i wanna be on course for it!
Tone up -- gain mass. devour more food & hit the gym!
Pull up my GPA -- three.five, amen!
Guitar -- firstly to fix it & secondly to find a person to teach me!

My ministry -- answers. seek and i shall find them!
Fulfill building fund -- discipline. put Him first over my wants!
Bible reading -- obedience. a revelation a day keeps the devil away!
Prayer life -- consistency. what happens in the spiritual realm reflects in the natural!

To sum it up, there are plenty of barriers ahead. I have to take responsibility of my life and break them all in the name of Jesus!

a conclusion, a welcome

Went over-night cycling with some peeps. A unique way to welcome the new year huh? But then i spent the countdown alone, watching the lighted sky from afar. Lol. My state of mind went wrong then and i got pretty annoyed with certain things. Haha how childish. Anyway, have to thank everyone for their company, and those who sent their wishes. (=

Well, the best part of the year is over. Here comes the brand new year! I think it has been a pleasant 2006 for me. The end is 100% + chop better than the start. Some stuffs i will bring along, some will be left forever in 2006. Now, reality strikes, the jolly merry festive season has well ended. Oh man...school resumes...

seems like i have not been blogging for awhile. (im lazy as lazy can be..) There are alot of things going on too. I just had a tough time choosing my electives and cluster. Argh.

hahaha.. talking about the Nba, i have not been following it recently. Its not as exciting now compared to last time, especially the MJ era. Now who is who i have already lost touch. Anyway this pic above is good. (=

sian sian sian sian. Im going "abroad" and i am not at all excited. Why?

1. i will miss Ps.Phil's services this weekend. (argh..)

2. i will miss monday's DCNT lecture again. (the zombie lecturer is at least mortal enough not to allow anyone to sign attendance for others. My attendance is failing!)

3. i will miss MPI test on monday. (makeup??)

4. Common test papers are just around the corner. 2weeks more to go! (i am so ill-prepared for them!)

5. i will be going just a-c-r-0-s-s..

This all looks like a bad timing. But God is good, all the time. I shall take it as a short break. My engine is failing. Its a time to get refreshed for the storms ahead. M'sia here i come!

my last movie this year?

A smart, classy movie with a somewhat complicated plot. Plenty of twists and deceptions. Definitely worth the ticket price! (though its free, thanks to zul's free passes) Not saying too much, its just a supeer nicee movie. Catch it!

Anyway, my timetable this sem is quite easy. Perhaps i should make more use of my free time. Get my driving licence? Any sponsors?

A friend asked me today. Describe sch life with three words. His : "eat, sleep, play". Mine : "tutorials, lectures, practicals". Another friend : " see eye candy". Lol. Mine sounds the best eh? But then it pretty much sums up everything anyway!

Yes so it is the month of november is here. It marks the start of the arise and build campaign. An amount is already impressed in my mind. Awesome! I can't wait man. When you grasp, you lose. When you give to God, you gain.

Rain down, haze gone. Just nice for some outdoor activities. Thank God for the sunshine...
So went to the beach yesterday for a cg outing. Its been almost a year since i hav last been to Sentosa. Haha changed quite a lil i guess. Played at the beach for the day and it was fun! Volleyball, football, kayak, roasting under the sun.



Then a few of us headed to vivo city after dinner. First time i have been there. Haha quite impressed by the place and the crowd. The outdoor area of vivo city is more or less like a cruise. Not bad man.

Today i went all the way down to a cc at boonlay for blood donation. Hahah my first time leh. But! but but i got turned away after queuing for quite a long time. -.- In the end, have to wait for the rest. What a waste of time! So next time if u have a slight flu, dont go for blood donation.

Anyway the weekend flew past again. Its been only 1 week of sch and yet i am already feeling so so weary. But since the zone meeting on friday, i have been thinking about a few things. My life, my future, my visions. Winners look at where they are heading to and not what they are going through. How applicable! Man I cant limit myself with mediocrity. And I wanna look for a place to hold my dreams...
